1. This machine is designed for painting flat panel surfaces. It uses a rubber roller to apply paint, a steel roller to meter paint, and a paint pump to recycle paint;
2. Line speed 3-18 meters/minute, quick-release rubber roller, high production efficiency;
3. Coating amount 8-30g, adjustable, thin and uniform paint film, good coating effect;
4. Feed speed adjustment, board thickness setting, paint heating, intelligent controller, simple and practical operation;
5. Steel and rubber rollers can be optionally equipped with motor lifting, emergency pneumatic lifting protection for rubber rollers;
6. Interlock protection, three-phase five-wire power supply system, safe operation.
